His portfolio includes Carton House, Palmersgate, Merit Medical, Bonham Quay, Medtronic, ESB 220kv Substations, Water treatment plants, Irish Rail Depots, alongside large residential and office schemes.
Eoghain has presented in the Dail and Westminister on Building Control and is an industry leader in Build Control and Building Certification.

Shane brings over 25 years of leadership in project, development, and design management, delivering major projects across Ireland and internationally. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from concept to handover, consistently delivering complex, high-profile developments.
His portfolio includes Dundrum Town Centre, Central Plaza, The Exo, Clery’s Redevelopment, Intel, Pfizer, and Grand Canal Theatre, alongside large residential schemes.

Joe is an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years in delivering complex developments across Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. He has delivered multimillion euro commercial, residential and infrastructure projects including 110KV Substations and Tier III data-centres for clients like Microsoft and ANZ Bank. Joseph brings a strong command of design management, contract administration, procurement strategy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Joe offers a well-rounded approach to risk management, programme control, and team leadership.

Head of Sustainability
Terry Kavanagh is a sustainability and energy engineer with over 15 years experience at all levels of the Irish construction sector, working as a project engineer on a number of large scale commercial, life science and semi-conductor projects before switching focus to building performance.
He has delivered energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects across public, commercial buildings and residential projects.
Terry is a SEAI registered BER assessor, Energy Suditor and EED Facilitator.
His expertise spans the full lifecycle of energy upgrade projects – from initial audits and compliance to measurement and verification, supporting clients such as private developers, government departments and multinational firms.

Paul is a Director of Marker Group and a Chartered Professional Fire Engineer with over 20 years of international experience advising on complex, high-rise developments across residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Recognised for sound engineering judgement and strategic insight, he enables ambitious design while maintaining regulatory confidence and commercial viability. Paul provides clear direction on complex fire safety challenges, guiding projects from concept through delivery and operational readiness.
His portfolio includes the 187 m Seascape mixed-use tower, the 6 Green Star office at 61 Molesworth Street, the New Zealand Parliament Buildings, Sky Stadium, Department of Corrections modular construction prison programmes, and Emergency Department and Operating Theatres buildings.
He actively supports the BSR regulatory assurance through Gateway reviews, and provides expert witness services, and independent technical peer review, applying global best practice gained across the UK, Irish, Australasia, and North American markets.
