Grand Canal Theatre – Dublin
A landmark 2,100-seat theatre and 500,000 sq. ft. commercial development in Dublin’s Docklands. Delivered on a fast-track programme with complex coordination, contaminated land remediation, and multi-phase contractor management across a national-scale infrastructure project.
Central Plaza – Dublin
Reconfiguration of seven floors of a 1970s tower and redevelopment of adjoining buildings. Created 100,000 sq.ft of Grade A offices, 53,000 sq.ft of retail, and a destination rooftop venue with 360° viewing terrace—transforming a city centre landmark.
Dundrum Town Centre – Dublin
Ireland’s largest urban retail centre spanning 140,000m² over 17 acres. Winner of ICSC European Shopping Centre of the Year (2007) and over 30 national and international accolades—a landmark mixed-use retail and leisure destination launched in March 2005.
Liffey Valley Phase II, Dublin
Landmark project adding 250,000 sq. ft. of retail space to an existing centre, including a new urban plaza, restaurants, cinemas, and Olympic-sized ice rink. Included bus interchange integration and comprehensive upgrade of the existing mall.
IDA Ireland’s Advanced Building Solutions – Nationwide
High-spec, sustainable buildings in strategic regional locations designed to attract foreign direct investment. Purpose-built for advanced manufacturing and global business services with flexible layouts, energy-efficient systems, and rapid occupancy capability across multiple Irish locations.
Department of Education Retrofits – Nationwide
Retrofitted dozens of schools with fabric improvements, LED lighting, low-carbon heating, EV charging, and renewable technologies. Achieved building energy ratings as high as B or A3 while reducing energy use and CO₂ emissions by around 50%.
BNY Mellon, Nationwide
Portfolio-wide energy compliance programme across Dublin, Cork, and Wexford offices. Delivered audits, compliance reporting, and sustainable operations strategy positioning BNY Mellon as a leader in corporate ESG within Ireland’s financial services sector.
Simon Community Facility, Dublin
A six-storey Health and Addiction Care Facility at Usher’s Quay providing support for people experiencing homelessness and addiction. A purpose-built centre marking a step forward in community health provision with high standards of energy efficiency and socially-conscious design.
Bonham Docks – Galway
A 28,000 m² mixed-use development on Galway Docks consisting of four Grade A office blocks and two new public squares. Set to become a landmark commercial destination combining premium workspace with visionary placemaking in a waterfront setting.
Great West House Brentford, London
Conversion of a prominent 155,000 sq. ft. office building into 280 residential apartments. Designed to achieve A2 EPC ratings across all units, setting a new benchmark for high-rise living in West London with architectural ambition and best-in-class sustainability.
EA Sports, Galway
Transformation of a former warehouse into EA’s EMEA Headquarters covering over 60,000 sq. ft. Delivered seamless compliance with fire safety and accessibility requirements, supporting a safe, inclusive, and future-proof working environment aligned with EA’s global environmental commitments.
Momentum Business Park, Kildare
Kildare Regularisation of a 200,000 sq. ft. building to meet current Planning and Building Regulations. Comprehensive compliance work ensuring the building meets regulatory benchmarks while delivering long-term operational resilience and future-readiness for commercial use.

Dublin - Ireland - 160k Sq.ft
Central Plaza
Engaged by the Hines for the Project Management of this project. The project involves the extension and refurbishment of a number of significant structures in Dublin’s city centre. It consists of the re-imaging of the iconic Sam Stephenson designed former Irish Central Bank, and the adjoining Annex and Commercial buildings on Dame Street.
This popular pedestrian route now includes a two-tier town square, creates a new city centre destination and will be home to 100,000 sq.ft of Grade A offices, 53,000 sq. ft. of retail stores and restaurants, 15,500 sq.ft destination rooftop venue with a 360° viewing terrace around the entire perimeter.

Grand Canal Theatre & Offices
Grand Canal Square Theatre and Commercial Development aim was to create and build a powerful cultural presence expressed in dynamic buildings while creating a fluid and transparent public surroundings. This scheme integrates the mixed uses in the area and has resulted in created a dynamic urban gathering place for the Dublin Docklands.
This development required a fast track programme in order to meet with market requirements and the delivery of a landmark 2,100 seat theatre.
The office building achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ as well as a Building Energy Rating of ‘A3’.

Saudi Arabia
Mobily Data Centres, Saudi Arabia
As part of a nationwide telecom infrastructure rollout, this programme delivered 20 Tier III/IV data centres, including key facilities in Riyadh and Jeddah. Built to Uptime Institute standards, it involved adapting global designs, managing local contractor limitations, and maintaining strict timelines. Despite regional challenges, the programme delivered critical infrastructure through rigorous oversight and standardised delivery systems.
